What is Peer-to-Peer Fundraising?
A team is a group that can be organized to help raise money for a particular charitable event. As the leader of an event, you can create and organize teams. These teams will compete to raise money for this event. On the event dashboard, you can see where each team ranks in total earnings acquired.
Supporters can make donations or buy tickets and give credit to the team. This is how people “join” a team. When donating or buying tickets you can only select one team to give credit to. If you want to support multiple teams, you will need to make multiple transactions. You can also create a team by clicking the corresponding button next to the team leaderboard.
