What happens if I forgot my username/password?
If you forget your username or password, access the main login page at www.cherryfish.com. Under the Sign In section, there will be a clickable link that says "Forgot Password?" This will direct you to a page that asks you to enter your email address. You will be sent an email that includes a link to reset your password. When you click this link, you will be redirected to Cherryfish.com. Log in with the new password you have created.
